Directed by Ataru Oikawa, the director behind Tomie: Beginning, Apartment 1303 is based on a novel by Kei Oishi. Produced by MonteCristo and Starring Noriko Naka Goshi (Mariko) and Arata Furuta (Detective Sarutai), this is another j-horror ghost story. Something lives in apartment 1303, and Mariko will try to find out with the help of Detective Sarutai. More info on the storyline is on the website of this new j-horror movie.

Judging from the trailer, Apartment 1303 shouldn't be too much of a scare, but there is a scene in the trailer when a woman is munching on a bottle that made me cringe. I have seen that in other movies, and it freaks me out each time.
