1. For Horror short Stories, reviews, interviews, nonfiction, essays, walkthroughs, etc. on any aspect of horror, etc., a minimum of 500 words
1. For horror news, a minimum of 250 words.
1. For horror clips, photography and art, a minimum of 100 words and the video, photography and art when allowed by copyright and intellectual property.

What's better? New, or old? I think we can all agree that old movies are the classics; it's rare that a new movie can be put into that category. When referring to the original question, you have to consider a few things. Really, the only thing that older movies have is the "classic-icity". New movies have great special effects and today's actors, instead of, you know, dead ones. So it really comes down to something being so classic that it completely trumps the classiness of current film.

Generally speaking: new, but some of the classics really do it for me and shouldn't be remade, for instance, Cannibal Holocaust (http://www.bloodee.com/NewsInterviews/Cannibal-Holocaust-Remake/)
