Don't you wish all horror authors would give you a glimpse of themselves through blogs? A glimpse of their horror-producing mind. Ty Schwamberger an horror author that has enjoyed great success end of 2008/beginning of 2009 gives you just that, and there is enough there to build on. His first short story, ‘Gnomus’, was published in August of 2008 in Orion’s Child Magazine. His second short story, ‘The Ringmaster’, was published late winter 2008/2009 with Orion’s Child Magazine, as well. Another short story, ‘Thirst’, was published in the January 2009 (#9) issue of Werewolf Magazine.
His first novel, Night School, was released in November 2008.
Ty Schwamberger has also written several reviews for Withersin Magazine and has been interviewed by Blood Moon Rising, The Horror Writer (magazine), Withersin Magazine and hellnotes.com. In the middle of this January, Calliope Magazine has also done an interview with his and featured one of his short stories. In addition, the February 7th issue of North Coast Voice Magazine (a Northeast Ohio alternative newspaper) featured him in their “Hot Off the Press” article.
Ty Schwamberger is also scheduled to attend as a panelist; Marcon, a full-spectrum SciFi convention, in Columbus , Ohio on Memorial Day weekend 2009 and Context, a literary speculative fiction convention, in Columbus , Ohio the last weekend of August 2009.
