As you zombie freaks know, the zombedy Fido, another production filmed in Kelowna, is hitting Canadian theatres this coming Friday, March 16, 2007 (it will be shown in US theatres starting June 15, 2007). Fido was directed by Andrew Currie and written by Robert Chomiak, Andrew Currie, and Dennis Heaton from an original story by Dennis Heaton, and stars Carrie-Anne Moss (Helen Robinson), Billy Connolly (as Fido), Dylan Baker (Bill Robinson), K'Sun Ray (Timmy Robinson), Henry Czerny (Jonathan Bottoms), Tim Blake Nelson (Mr. Theopolis).
Like all walking dead of his time, Fido has been domesticated by Zomcon, a corporation that defeated the undead to use them as workers of menial, thus offering the citizens of Willard a better life through containment. Zombcon has created a containment framework branching out through several brands of service including Zombie containment and Zombie aesthetics.
Visit the official Zombcon website to meet the staff and choose between a wide array of products and services.
